Due to the size of this item shipping can only be done by Canadian Freightways (CF) or DAY & ROSS or VITRAN. When the weight of the single item exceeds 200 LBS it can only be shipped by freight i.e. on pallets.

 

Order will be shipped to the nearest Canadian Freightways or DAY & ROSS location only. Customer is responsible for picking bike(s) up. Tracking number(s) will be available to track the shipment(s). Canadian Freightways or DAY & ROSS will have your phone number and contact you as soon as shipment arrives to the depot. No residential delivery is available.

 

We could deliver to your door only if the address is a BUSINESS address. BUSINESS address is considered as BUSINESS when you have a LOADING DOCK or a FORKLIFT to unload the shipment. We will require name of the business and a phone number. If we ship to business address please make it clear during checkout process that your address is a business address with valid business name and phone number.

 

Please be advised that the following additional freight charges will be sent COD:

 

• Storage charges. (Make sure to pick up shipment within 1-4 days maximum, do not delay pick ups)
• Residential delivery charges. (If requested by customer we could deliver to residence however COD, 25 CAD)
• Tailgate charges. (If you have a business address with NO loading dock or forklift this charge will have to be paid ON delivery, 35 CAD)
• Relocation charges. (If requested by customer to move from one depot to another depot for pick up)

 

Shipping is paid only to the nearest depot (if shipped to residence). Please refer to Canadian Freightways or Day and Ross or VITRAN web sites for pick up locations. Day & Ross has extensive network in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, NF, PEI while Canadian Freightways has greater coverage in BC, AB. Most shipments are sent by DAY & ROSS. 98% of all freight is delivered to depots within 1-50 km ranges of where customers live. DAMAGE FREE PICK UP IS GUARANTEED !!

 

ALL SHIPMENTS ARE TRACKABLE. TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE AVAILABLE ONCE ORDER IS SENT. PLEASE EMAIL US TO REQUEST A TRACKING NUMBER !

 

Shipping & Taxes:: Shipping is in US dollars. For Canadians only GST is charged on the whole amount with shipping. BC Customers will be charged 7% PST. Customers from NB, NS and NL will be charged HST. No exceptions !

 

This item is available for Canadians ONLY. This item is also available to YUKON, NU, and NT locations. However NO PO BOX addresses, NO APO/AFO, NO USA Orders.

 

Shipping Arrangements: None. We do not provide shipping arrangements or pick ups. Since we ship from Canada there are NO hidden fees involved to Canadians.

 

Local Pickup: NOT AVAILABLE. We do not provide any local sales (Greater Vancouver Area). Do not ask. NO PICK UP, NO EXCEPTIONS !

The S/H fee covers postage, packaging, labor and administrative costs, not just postage. and is non-refundable.
