Shipping FAQ


Q: When will you ship my item ?

A: We usually ship within 1-5 business days depending on what item was ordered.

Q: How long does it take to receive the item ?


A: Every single order is shipped from Richmond, BC, Canada (Vancouver, BC). On average it takes 1-3 business days to deliver in BC or AB, 3-5 business days to deliver to SK, MB, ON, Quebec and 5-6 business days to NB, NF, NS, PEI.

Q: What shipping company do you use to ship ?


A: For smaller packages such as 50cc 4 stroke, 110cc 4 stroke atvs, 125cc dirt bikes, pocket bikes, all parts and accessories we use UPS. For heavier freight items such as 150cc and up in displacement we use Day and Ross (www.dayross.com). We may also ship orders with VITRAN (www.vitran.com).

Q: Will my package be delivered to my home address ?


A: UPS delivers everything to home or business address, right to door step. Day and Ross freight will deliver item to the nearest depot and hold it for pick up there. You will have 2-3 days to pick up the freight from D&R depot. We can arrange home delivery at any time. Home delivery fee is 60usd which includes home delivery fee and tailgate fee. Order must be picked up quick otherwise D&R will start charging storage fees which you will have to pay.

Q: Will I have tracking number as soon as order is shipped ?


A: Customers will receive tracking number everytime we ship package(s) with UPS. Our state of the art tracking system is automated therefore make sure to provide us with working email to receive the number. Unfortunately freight shipments with Day and Ross cannot be emailed but please feel free to email us to request tracking number.

Q. I have received tracking number by UPS and it says "Billing Information Received". Was my item actually shipped ?


A: Usually this means that item was not picked up from our warehouse yet. Therefore give it 1-2 business days to see "In Transit" sign. Also, keep in mind that sometimes UPS misses the scan on picked up items. This means that it will show billing info received while order was shipped and is in transit. If you have bill info received for 1 week please email us we will check up on status.

Q: Got my stuff and its damaged. What do I do ? Refuse the shipment ?


A: NEVER REFUSE any shipments please. Accept the box and email us right away. We will work with you to resolve damages. Also, be advised that damage has to be substantial for us to replace body kit or any parts. Problems with broken reflectors or similar shipping problems will not be looked at.
